This is possibly a very famous bend in Switzerland... or, perhaps, it's just a random holiday street scene by a lake and near to some kind of small castle-y thing.
I like to think that the first picture is pretty much the view seen by the people in the second, but it might not be. Nevertheless, it's quite nice to see that Grandfather has, at least, cheered up from the other recent cafe picture we saw him in.
Obviously this time he feels that his precious camera is being handled by a professional.
Still, alongside all of that subtext, there's a rather nice classic Volkswagen Beetle slipping into shot on the left there, and I wouldn't be in the slightest bit surprised if something similar didn't make an appearance on some other day, too...
Nothing like this has ever existed. I think it's a film set from the early fifties.
