COFFEE COOLING
They sit there,
Forlornly cooling -
The forgotten coffees
In the office kitchen
Interrupted by
A telephone call –
No doubt some vital
Business deal
WHITE COFFEE, BLACK TEA
My coffee mug stains
When I leave the milk out
My tea mug stains
When I put the milk in
If I always drink
Black tea and white coffee
I need never wash
A mug out again
